1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using the 2tr platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. The Platform

2tr is a matching platform that allows parents to post requests and connect with tutors, mentors, coaches and au pairs. 2tr does not employ service providers and is not a party to any agreement made between a parent and a service provider.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to register as a service provider.
• 2tr reserves the right to suspend or remove any account that violates these terms.

4. Responsibilities of Parents

• Parents are responsible for conducting their own background checks and due diligence on service providers before engaging their services.
• 2tr does not verify the qualifications, credentials or criminal history of any service provider.
• Parents agree to treat service providers with respect.

5. Responsibilities of Service Providers

• Service providers must accurately represent their qualifications, experience and availability.
• Service providers agree not to submit false or misleading bids.
• Service providers are independent contractors and not employees or agents of 2tr.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten or abuse other users
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees or accountability
• Scrape, copy or republish platform content without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

2tr provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the suitability, reliability or safety of any service provider. 2tr shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage arising from the use of the platform or from interactions between users.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding and design on the 2tr platform is the property of 2tr and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

2tr may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
